Our People

Our friendly, experienced, and qualified staff are the key to the success of the centre. Managers & co-ordinators hold Degree Level qualifications. All assistants have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Playwork, and our after schools co-ordinator has Level 5. In addition to holding appropriate childcare qualifications, staff are trained in child protection, health and safety, first aid and food hygiene. 

We have a commitment to staff training and provide quality induction and ongoing training for staff at all levels, in order the keep their knowledge of current best practice and their qualifications up to date.
