Outdoor Play and Forest School

We also attend the forest school run by the fantastic Clandeboye Nature Rangers. During each visit the children spend their time exploring and investigating throughout the woodlands of Clandeboye Estate. Children take part in forest school activities, as well as letting their imagination take control and play freely.  

They get to experience cooking and toasting marshmallows over the campfire, splashing in puddles, playing in the mud kitchen, painting, and crafts, and exploring and learning about the natural world around them in the beautiful Robin Wood plus much, much more.  

The children love getting out and learning without walls, and sometimes getting a bit mucky! They also enjoy singing songs on the bus ride there and back! It’s a great fun and interactive learning experience.
